Confirmation of enrollment in a Jiou Jiu Shang Wine & Sake class or course is contingent upon receipt of payment.  If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment, they must notify Jiou Jiu Shang Wine & Sake Academy in writing at least 14 days prior to the first class.  Students who cancel more than 14 days before the start of instruction will receive a full refund, with the exception of any non-refundable registration fees.

Afterward, the following refund policy applies:

• Written cancellation requests received between 7 and 14 days prior to the start of instruction will result in a 90% refund of the course cost, minus any non-refundable registration fees. 
• Written cancellation requests received between 2 and 7 days prior to the start of instruction will not receive a refund but the student may request to have the funds held as credit towards another course, minus any non-refundable registration fees.  Jiou Jiu Shang Wine & Sake Academy reserves the right to determine whether or not to issue this credit. 
• Cancellation requests made less than 2 days before the start of instruction or after the class or course has begun will not receive a refund or credit. 

Verbal cancellation requests or written cancellation requests not received are not valid.  It is the responsibility of the student to confirm receipt of any written cancellation request.

Jiou Jiu Shang Wine & Sake Academy is not responsible for any incidental costs incurred by students as a result of course cancellation. If the Academy needs to cancel a class or course for any reason, students will receive a full refund of their tuition.

Courses at the Sake & Wine Academy must be completed upon registration and payment. Students must notify the Sake & Wine Academy in writing at least 14 days before the first class date if they wish to cancel their registration.
